Ethiopia Micro Wall Hanging
This 5” wood round was hand cut and sanded down. Then the image design was wood burned, stained, and painted.

This piece was originally designed for the Ethiopian mountains that surround Addis Ababa. This view is visible from my friends house. She sadly passed away from Covid and I got the design as a tattoo to remember her. The lines below the mountains represent her children. Every time I make this specific scene I think of my friend, Birtukan, she is greatly missed.
